Brief Job Description – Labor & Delivery RN

Labor & Delivery unit with 10 L&D beds, 2 ORs, 2 triage beds, and 18 postpartum beds, averaging 130 births per month.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of L&D experience
• C-section skills (scrub, circulate, recovery)
• Ratios: 1:1 near delivery, 1:2 otherwise, and 1:4 couplets postpartum
• Uses OBIX fetal monitoring and Cerner EMR

36 hrs/week (12-hr shifts), no call, limited floating to postpartum. L&D is the primary need.
