Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Float Pool – Arizona

Schedule:
Float Pool assignment with flexible unit placement based on facility needs
Highlights:
Deliver coordinated nursing care utilizing the nursing process and established standards of care
Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff across multiple units
Exercise critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in patient care decisions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Gain diverse clinical experience through float pool model with exposure to various departments
Dedicated education and professional development support for float pool staff
Requirements:
Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required based on unit assignment
Demonstrated clinical competency across multiple nursing specialties
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to adapt quickly to different patient care environments
