Roles & Responsibilities :
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
