Job Summary
Diligent nursing care for patients or an assigned group, according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs nursing staff activities and coordinates care with other disciplines, using critical thinking, professional, and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN):

- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice:
Required - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification:

- Collects relevant data and analyzes the assessment to determine diagnosis and care issues.
- Develops a plan, implements it, and evaluates progress toward outcomes.
- Collaborates with the patient, family, and healthcare providers in a safe and caring environment.
- Participates in discharge planning for continuity of care.
- Delegates duties to healthcare team members and performs other job-related tasks as assigned.
