We are seeking a full-time Public Relations Specialist to join our team. This on-site role is based in Glendale, CA. The Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for creating and distributing press releases, managing media relations, and developing strategic communications that align with the company's brand and objectives. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with media professionals, coordinating PR campaigns, supporting brand storytelling efforts, and ensuring consistent communication across platforms.

• Expertise in Press Releases, Media Relations, and Public Relations best practices
• Strong skills in Communication and Strategic Communications within a professional context
• Ability to foster and maintain relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in the luxury, fashion, or jewelry industries is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Proficiency in PR tools, social media platforms, and analytics is desirable
