The company seeks an experienced Division Manager to drive growth, profitability, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure division performance meets strategic and contractual goals

• Develop, implement, and monitor business plans, budgets, and policies to support growth and profitability

• Lead, coach, and evaluate team members engaged in legal support work

• Work closely with the sales team and the records retrieval team to support client acquisition, onboarding, and retention; participate in sales presentations and strategic accounts engagement

• Collaborate with offshore support teams and the records retrieval team to ensure seamless execution, accuracy, and service delivery aligned with client expectations

• Respond to client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices

• Represent the company’s values and commitment to quality in every interaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, pre‑law, or related field required

• Minimum 5 years of management experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role in a service‑based or legal support environment preferred

• Proven experience supporting sales or business development efforts in a service‑oriented environment

• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget management, and process improvement

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

• High level of proficiency with modern productivity and workflow software

• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced setting
