Operations Manager - Creative Services

We are seeking an Operations Manager to support a dynamic internal creative agency within a leading entertainment company. This role will focus on overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department and the project management team to ensure the smooth execution of key projects and initiatives.

$40.00/hr - $47.00/hr

Hourly Rate - $40 - $47 / hour

• Manage incoming project requests including approvals, assignments, and communication with requesters regarding project scope.
• Support the leadership team by coordinating and distributing project briefs and operational reports on a regular basis.
• Maintain and optimize project management systems and workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and remove any obstacles that may impact project delivery.
• Assist with various corporate projects, contributing to process improvements and tool enhancements.

• 2-4 years of experience in project management, operations, communications, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency with project management software, such as Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in a creative or marketing agency environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with corporate environments and internal creative workflows is a plus.
• Hybrid schedule with on-site work most days and the option to work remotely one day per week.
• Competitive hourly rate with potential for overtime.
