Regulatory Reporting Manager – Banking | Big 4 | Managing | Onsite Role

One of our clients is seeking a seasoned Regulatory Reporting Manager to lead the banks regulatory and SEC reporting efforts. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting strategic financial reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review regulatory filings (Call Reports, FR Y-9C, FFIEC 009, etc.) and support climate and ad hoc reporting.
• Monitor and implement changes in regulatory and GAAP requirements.
• Draft position papers and support implementation of new accounting standards.
• Liaise with auditors and regulators; support financial statement audits.
• Oversee internal reporting schedules including Board materials.
• Lead and support a team of reporting professionals. Great, team collaborates, rewards on performance.
• Drive process improvements and special reporting projects.

Qualifications:

• CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
• 8–10+ years in public accounting or regulatory/SEC reporting a MUST!!!!
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and bank regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior banking experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
