Required Qualifications High School Diploma
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with scheduling tools like Control-M or Automic (preferred) Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Service Now (preferred) Ability to work the 2nd shift (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM EST, Monday-Friday)
