Position OverviewThe Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer plays a key support role in the search process, working closely with recruiters and partners to ensure smooth execution across scheduling, sourcing, and candidate management. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of recruiting coordination or sourcing experience who is highly organized, efficient, and eager to grow within executive search.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, including candidates, clients, and internal team members
- Manage calendars, confirmations, reschedules, and follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and internal systems
Sourcing & Candidate Support
- Conduct candidate sourcing using Linked In, databases, and other sourcing tools
- Assist with resume screening and initial candidate evaluations
- Support recruiters with candidate outreach, pipeline development, and search execution
Administrative & Team Support
- Ensure a high-quality candidate and client experience through timely communication
- Track search progress, interview stages, and feedback
- Support multiple searches simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, sourcing, or a related recruiting role
- Proven experience with interview scheduling, resume review, and candidate sourcing
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, Linked In, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Highly organized, efficient, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven executive search environment
- Collaborative team player with a strong sense of accountability
- Interest in building a long-term career in recruiting or executive search
