A prominent educational union is seeking a passionate Labor Relations Representative to cover the Ventura County area. The selected candidate will recruit and train union members, negotiate contracts, and represent members in hearings. This full-time position requires excellent communication skills and a bachelor’s degree. You’ll also need to manage evening and weekend work, as well as travel. The salary range is $84,409 - $122,789 with generous benefits including holidays, vacation time, and medical coverage.
