We are seeking a strategic, senior-level, subject matter expert in the recruitment and talent development space. The successful candidate will go beyond sourcing and hiring key talent additions to our growing team and will lead key initiatives across organizational, team and employee level development.

This individual will play a key role in shaping our workforce strategy, ensuring we bring in top talent while also cultivating an environment where employees can grow, thrive, and contribute to their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and specialized roles.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build proactive pipelines.
  • Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber talent.
Organizational Development & Training
  • Design and implement training programs, leadership development initiatives, and succession planning.
  • Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and provide targeted development solutions.
  • Assess organizational needs and recommend strategies to strengthen culture, engagement, and retention.
  • Measure effectiveness of training and OD initiatives and refine as needed.
Qualifications
  • Preferred:
    Advanced degree (MS, MBA, JD) with emphasis in Leadership, Psychology or Organizational Development
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or development, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic role.
  • Preferred:
    Experience with in the Professional Services Industry, with a growth-oriented Law Firm
  • Proven experience in organizational development, training, and/or talent management.
  • Strong business acumen & ability to align People strategy with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
