Aboutthe role
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a range of functions and business units. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. This position supports recruitment efforts for all businesses under the Home Organizers, Inc. group.
Whatyou'll do
- Help build the processes and systems that ensures the company is able to attract higher‑caliber talent across all businesses.
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical, operational, and corporate positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview plans, and selection criteria.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (Linked In, job boards, referrals, and networking).
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Partner with HR leadership to enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
- Support onboarding and transition processes to ensure a positive new hire experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience for technical roles, preferably within multi‑entity or fast‑growing organizations.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and modern recruitment techniques. Experience with implementing an ATS a plus.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing, technology, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with HR platforms such as Rippling, Bamboo
HR, or Workday.
