Human Resources Assistant

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

LHH is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our client's team in Glendale, CA. This role supports HR operations across multiple regions and requires strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to anticipate next steps.

• Process personnel action forms including promotions, terminations, department transfers, and new hire orientations
• Collaborate closely with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Maintain accurate records in HR systems and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires

• 2–3 years of HR experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proactive mindset with critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
