About Health Bridge LLC Health Bridge is a mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to expanding access to quality care through innovation and compassionate service. We focus on bridging gaps in healthcare by leveraging technology, supporting underserved communities, and building strong clinical teams that make a lasting impact on patient health.
Location: Glendale, CA 91202
Pay: $70,304.00/ year with additional target based commission bonuses
We are a fast-growing healthcare organization on a mission to advance health equity by bringing quality care to communities that have historically been left behind. We’re looking for a passionate, driven Business Development & Sales Representative who lights up at the idea of meaningful work, loves to be on the road, and thrives on building mission-aligned partnerships.
In this role, you will be the face and voice of our organization—building, nurturing, and closing relationships with health systems, community partners, payors, and other stakeholders who share our commitment to equitable care. You’ll attend and manage conferences and live events, deliver compelling presentations, and maintain a thoughtful follow-up cadence using Hub Spot. If you’re energized by impact, comfortable with up to 50% travel, and excited to turn conversations into long-term collaborations, we want to meet you.
At Health Bridge, we know that excellent care starts with a dedicated team. Our culture is centered on innovation, support, and continuous improvement. We value your contributions, encourage professional growth, and listen to your voice.
You’ll have access to:
- Leading-edge technology
- Opportunities to expand your skillset
- A collaborative, supportive environment where your work truly makes a difference
We believe great people deserve great benefits. Here’s what you can expect:
- Competitive Pay
- Performance and Target-Based Bonuses
- Paid On-the-Job Training
- Paid Vacation
- Paid Sick Time
- Paid Holidays
- Paid Work Travel and Meals
- Breakroom filled with complimentary snacks and beverages
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Weekend availability for events or conferences if needed
- 3+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships (healthcare, health tech, or related field preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or partnership targets.
- Strong presentation and communication skills—comfortable speaking to executives, clinicians, and community leaders.
- Experience using a CRM (Hub Spot strongly preferred) to manage pipelines, track activity, and report outcomes.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% for meetings, site visits, conferences, and events.
- Self-starter with high ownership, able to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally and nationally as needed.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in healthcare, FQHCs, telehealth, payors, or community health organizations.
- Existing network among health systems, clinics, payors, community-based organizations, or employer groups.
- Experience planning, managing, and executing conferences, trade shows, or community events.
- Comfort presenting in both small group settings and large conference audiences.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills relevant to the communities we serve.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new partnership and sales opportunities aligned with our health equity mission.
- Develop a deep understanding of our services so you can confidently tailor value propositions to each partner’s needs.
- Own a robust outbound and inbound pipeline: outreach, discovery calls, demos, proposals, and closing.
- Travel to and attend conferences, trade shows, and community events—both as a representative and as the on-the-ground organizer for our presence.
- Coordinate logistics for events (booths, materials, speaking slots, side meetings) and ensure high-quality follow-up afterward.
- Build and maintain accurate records in Hub Spot, including contacts, activities, deal stages, and forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Represent our organization with integrity, empathy, and enthusiasm, always centering the impact on patient communities.
Every partnership you build directly expands access to care for people who need it most. If you’re motivated by mission as much as metrics—and you love the mix of travel, relationship-building, and closing strategic deals—this is your chance to help move the needle on health equity in a tangible way.
