Vision Life is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals with a behavioral health background who are passionate about supporting individuals in their homes and communities. If you’re reliable, compassionate, and ready for consistent full-time work with benefits—we want to hear from you.

• Provide one-on-one in-home support to individuals with behavioral health needs
• Assist with daily living skills, emotional regulation, and positive behavior support
• Follow individualized care and behavior plans
• Complete accurate documentation and communicate with the care team
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence

• Experience or background in behavioral health (DSP, caregiver, mental health, ABA, social services, etc.)
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• TB test within the last 2 years
• Valid California driver’s license
• Ability to pass DOJ Live Scan
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate
• Available for full-time employment
