• Lead and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient operations
• Direct all pharmacy activities, including drug preparation, sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical pharmacy services
• Collaborate with the General Manager to support daily pharmacy operations
• Participate in procurement of medications, supplies, and equipment
• Perform clinical pharmacist duties as needed
• Obtain and maintain out-of-state licenses as required
• Maintain current knowledge of pharmacotherapy and IV therapy through continuing education
• Provide support for marketing and clinical initiatives as needed
• Oversee pharmacy QA activities and compliance programs
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of pharmacy personnel
• Conduct annual performance reviews and staff development planning
• Attend and contribute to management, departmental, and inter-departmental meetings
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required
• Assist with pharmacy budget planning and financial objectives
• Support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals
• Participate in an on-call rotation and provide coverage as needed
• Mentor pharmacy students and support pharmacy education rotations
• Foster professional relationships with patients, vendors, and internal teams
• Complete special projects as assigned
• Maintain active state pharmacy licensure

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (RPh) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
  
  D) from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Active pharmacist license in the state of employment
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy operations and clinical experience in home infusion, specialty injectables, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of IV admixture, sterile compounding, and home infusion clinical practices
• Supervisory or management experience within a pharmacy setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving abilities
• Reliable and consistent in attendance and performance

• Always maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information.
• Observe legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding the confidentiality of patient and proprietary information.
• Understand and comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
• For all activities, comply with accreditation, legal, regulatory, government and safety requirements.
