About the roleWe are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced FP&A Lead professional to join our team. This individual will lead Brio’s financial planning and analysis function, supporting forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making across all departments.
What you ll do- Build and maintain advanced multi-scenario financial models (Monte Carlo, Regression, driver-based).
- Design and consolidate corporate budgets across all departments.
- Perform variance and root-cause analysis (price-volume-mix).
- Develop long-term financial plans aligned with strategic goals.
- Model and optimize cash flow, inventory, and working capital under various scenarios.
- Define and monitor KPIs linking operational performance to financial outcomes and targets.
- Lead financial due diligence and valuation modeling for M&A or investment analysis.
- Partner with operations, sales, and product teams to analyze margins, pricing, and cost structures
- Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing key financial trends and recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is a must.
- Master’s degree in finance or business analytics is highly preferred.
- Outstanding analytical and modeling skills using advanced Excel (Macros, VBA).
- Experience with ERP systems such as Net Suite, SAP, or Oracle.
- 8+ years of FP&A, preferably in manufacturing or consumer product industry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate financial insights into actionable business decisions.

The pay range for this role is: 115, USD per year (Glendale, CA)
