Head of Finance

We're hiring a Director of Finance at Bambee.

Bambee is building an AI-driven HR and workforce intelligence platform that gives small business owners the same tools, protections, and decision‑making power as Fortune 500 companies. Finance isn't a reporting function here — it's how we scale that mission intelligently and profitably.

This is not a role where you'll sit behind spreadsheets while strategy happens around you. You'll be Bambee's financial tip of the spear — the strategic partner the CEO and exec team turn to when it's time to make the most important calls.

• Company‑wide financial planning, forecasting, and long‑range modeling
• Board‑ready reporting and investor communications
• KPI accountability frameworks across every department
• Capital structure strategy, fundraising readiness, and liquidity planning
• A high‑performance finance function built from the ground up

• Have 5+ years of progressive finance leadership in high‑growth environments
• Have strong SaaS finance expertise — ARR, churn, CAC/LTV, contribution margin
• Have experience supporting Series A+ fundraising and/or structured debt facilities
• Can translate complex financial analysis into clear strategic decisions
• Have presented to executive teams and Boards
• Move with urgency, thrive in ambiguity, and take ownership without being asked

This is a fully on‑site role based in our Glendale, CA office. Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 base salary plus equity, depending on experience.
