Aboutthe role
We are seeking a Director of Finance (CPA) to oversee all financial operations, strategy, and compliance for Brio. This senior leadership role will work closely with executives to drive profitability, optimize operations, and ensure strong financial controls.
What you'll do- Lead all aspects of financial operations, including P&L, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct variance analysis and financial reviews, providing strategic recommendations.
- Ensure GAAP compliance, tax readiness, and audit preparedness.
- Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Partner with executives to identify cost efficiencies, margin improvements, and investment opportunities.
- Oversee AR, AP, payroll, and accounting automation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to finance staff.
- CPA strongly preferred;
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA a plus. - 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
- Expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax, and audit requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to partner with leadership and influence strategy.

The pay range for this role is:
135, USD per year (Glendale, California)
