This is a full-time, on-site position located in Glendale, CA, for a Senior Collector. The Senior Collector will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensure timely payment collections and fostering relationships with clients while adhering to company policies. Responsibilities will involve contacting customers to arrange payments, resolving account discrepancies, analyzing payment histories, and preparing reports.

- Extensive experience in backend debt collection, including advanced delinquency management, charge-off review, and asset recovery decisioning
- Strong working knowledge of subprime auto finance collections, including contractual risk, recovery thresholds, and compliance considerations
- Proven ability to analyze account performance, identify discrepancies, and determine appropriate outcomes (reinstatement, recovery, settlement, or charge-off)
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and resolution, including customer hardship scenarios, payment arrangements, deferments, and exception approvals
- Advanced experience working accounts across multiple delinquency stages, including 31–60, 61–90, and 91–120+ days past due
- Proficient in repossession and skip-tracing platforms, including DRN, RDN, TLO, and related investigative tools
- Strong understanding of repossession workflows, impound scenarios, OFR evaluations, and non-recovery justifications
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on documentation accuracy, compliance, and consistency
- Proven ability to manage high-risk and high-balance accounts while maintaining professionalism and sound judgment under pressure
