Entry Level Product Support Specialist
Job DescriptionDo you love working in a customer facing role? As a Product Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and perform sales and applications engineering. You will be responsible for answering technical inquiries from engineers and designers globally. This role supports the implementation of next‑generation products and solutions. A vital part of your role will be learning the technical requirements.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers and address their product challenges.
- Become the subject matter expert on a specific product.
- Read and interpret blueprints and customer proposals.
- Collaborate with design and other engineering departments to respond to customer questions.
- Support the implementation of interconnect solutions.
- 1-2 years of experience needed
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology, technology management, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical degree.
- Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read blueprints or schematics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and vendors.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glendale, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
