The University of Southern California School of Architecture invites applications for two full-time, tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor in architectural design. Appointments begin August 2026.
The School seeks architectural designers with proven records of research and teaching in design studios and seminars at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidate practice should represent a robust research agenda that engages urgent social, cultural, technological, and/or environmental challenges.
Required Qualifications- Graduate or undergraduate degree from an accredited professional program.
- Record of proven professional and academic accomplishment and innovation.
- Statement of Interest describing research/creative work, teaching, and service.
- Curriculum Vitae describing professional and academic experience.
- Digital Work Samples of teaching, research, writings, and/or creative work as applicable (15‑page maximum PDF).
- A list of three references with contact information.

The core salary range for this 9‑month, full-time position is $95,000 – $110,000 per year.
