Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine; Infectious Disease

The  has a 50 plus year tradition in providing exceptional clinical services at the USC Health Sciences Campus (HSC), which includes the Keck University Hospital of USC and the Kenneth Norris Cancer Hospital. The  provides inpatient and outpatient consultative services that include General, Transplantation, and Orthopedic infectious diseases at Keck and Norris hospitals. The  at Keck and Norris hospitals are actively engaged in leading/co‑leading/providing oversight of several areas including (not limited to) medical education, transition of care, transplant infectious disease, orthopedic infectious disease and antimicrobial stewardship program.

• Have an MD, MD/PhD, DO, and board certification or board eligible in Infectious Diseases.
• State of California medical licensure.
• Be eligible for faculty appointment at the University of Southern California School of Medicine at the rank of Assistant Professor per Keck School of Medicine and University policies.

The annual base salary range for this position is $195,000-$210,000. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
