• Respiratory therapist in ED 24/7
• Armenian translator in ED 24/7
• 24 hours of case management coverage in ED 7 days a week
• 12 hours of medical social worker coverage in ED 7 days a week
• 24 hour behavioral health social worker coverage 7 days a week
