• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for storytelling with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• Familiarity with industry-standard production tools and software
• Master's degree in filmmaking, media production, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
