With a robust caseload in state and federal courts, the firm represents employees in complex wage-and-hour and workplace violation matters, as well as individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to negligence, unsafe conditions, trucking and rideshare accidents, and other catastrophic incidents.
Having recovered over $1.5 billion for our clients across California, we are expanding our Marketing team to support our continued growth and national expansion.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations, campaigns, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is eager to contribute to impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Campaign Support- Assist with research to support marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, and outreach efforts.
- Prepare, format, print, and distribute marketing letters and collateral materials.
- Organize and execute direct mail campaigns, including assembling and sending mailings.
- Support content proofreading and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Perform copying, filing, and document organization to maintain efficient records management.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Marketing team.
- Assist with project coordination and other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
- Ensure deadlines are met and materials are prepared accurately and on time.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of administrative procedures and clerical systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with Adobe and internet research tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience supporting marketing or business development teams.
- Familiarity with legal services or professional services environments.
- Comfort working in a deadline-driven, high-volume setting.
- Strong proofreading and document formatting skills.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
