This is a part-time seasonal position, scheduled for approximately 20-30 hours per week. Weekend availability is required (as needed).

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily office operations during peak seasonal periods. The Administrative Assistant works closely with team members to support workflow, maintain accurate records, and deliver timely administrative support.

Essential Functions

Administrative Tasks
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Assist with special projects (photocopying, scanning, mailing, etc.)
  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and take initiative Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

The compensation for this position ranges from $18/hr.

- $22/hr actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual’s qualifications, experience, and skills.
