• Support the development of project timelines and track milestones based on Needs & Assets plans and project calendars.
• Coordinate and schedule retail marketing touch-base meetings and milestone reviews; assist with preparing materials and capturing action items and follow-ups.
• Maintain routine project tracking documents and communicate status updates to partners.
• Flag project delays, risks, or issues to leadership for guidance and escalation.
• Execute process steps by following established procedures and standard operating practices.

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC and/or Mac office productivity and data management software.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by Work Genius.
