ADA Cart Driver

Position: ADA Golf Cart Driver

Reports To:

Parking Manager

Job Summary:

The ADA Golf Cart Driver is expected to provide a First-Class Guest Service interaction with each customer. This position will manage the efficient transportation of ADA Guests and Teammates surrounding State Farm Stadium. Cart Drivers will perform duties within the parking lots assisting guests with directions both visually and verbally. The ADA Golf Cart Driver is a key position to our parking operations and event experience and Reports to the Parking Manager.

• The ADA Golf Cart Driver is responsible for greeting all guests in a prompt and friendly fashion.
• The Cart Driver will safely and efficiently assist in transporting guests and team members to and from the parking lots.
• Assist guests with accurate directions, event information, or obtaining answers to any guest inquiries.
• Assist with driving water to other team members in the parking lots.

• Be able to communicate with drivers and supervisors via communications radio when necessary.
• Work in other assigned positions such as Parking lot Attendant and Cashier based upon event needs.

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have an H.S Diploma or equivalent (Unless currently enrolled).
• Preferred customer service or equivalent experience in high volume environment or another similar industry experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced high-stress environment.

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to Ten (10) hours in length.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work outside in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise.
