A professional sports organization is seeking a full-time Minor League Strength & Conditioning Coach. This role is pivotal in optimizing player health and performance outcomes. Responsibilities include developing athlete-centered programs, implementing strength training, and collaborating with various health specialists and players. Ideal candidates possess a bachelor’s degree in exercise science or a related field, CSCS certification, and a passion for baseball.

Experience in a professional baseball setting is preferred. Candidates fluent in Spanish are highly recommended.
