House Manager in Training Boys; Group Home- Social Worker

Overview

We are seeking a House Managers in Training to work with foster children between the ages of 3-18 in our group homes located in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and Avondale.

• Learn the duties and obligations of the house manager role.
• Maintain a safe, productive, pleasant, and joyful environment for children living within SRH group homes.
• Implement, monitor, and document the daily schedule, interactions, and positive behavioral management techniques.
• Facilitate therapeutic, recreational, and social skills.
• Manage and supervise staff and resources.
• Adhere to agency standards of practice for clients, staff, and the public.

Note:

The below requirements will be verified. Please do not apply if you cannot prove the following.

• Three years of experience working with children or at least 1 year experience and post-high school education in social work or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED (College Degree Preferred).
• Valid Arizona driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Supervisory experience, preferably as a group home or program manager.

While in Training:
Two Schedules to choose from (if available)

Once promoted to House Manager role, shift changes to Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with on-call phone to provide support to staff and clients 24/7.
