Job Description

Service Technician – Residential HVAC (Full Time). Monday‑Friday, 40+ hours per week with overtime and a monthly on‑call rotation (home dispatch).

Competitive pay: $70,000–$150,000 per year (hourly + commission & bonus), uncapped earnings.

Technical Expertise

• Perform service, repair, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
• Assess system condition, troubleshoot, and determine repairs.
• Provide written recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.

Customer Care

• Educate customers on HVAC systems and maintenance.
• Deliver excellent service with professionalism and positivity.

Work Standards

• Maintain neat, organized work area; clean after each job.
• Practice safety on the job and while driving.

Company Pride

• Appropriately maintain company vehicle, clean inside and out.

• Valid driver’s license and insurable record.
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience (4+ preferred).
• Universal EPA Certified.
• Proficient with refrigerants, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation/repair of residential and light commercial systems.
• Strong safety knowledge, problem‑solving, communication, and organization.
• Experience with Service Titan software preferred.
• Background check and drug test required upon offer.
