What You’ll Do:- Install, replace, retrofit, and remodel residential HVAC systems
- Perform ductwork and duct modifications, including sheet metal work
- Diagnose install-related issues and ensure systems operate properly
- Communicate effectively with project managers, apprentices, and homeowners
- Work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces when required
- Safely lift up to 75 lbs and follow all safety standards
- Complete installations with precision and pride
- Collect payments when required
- Participate in a rotating weekend schedule
- Handle additional install-related duties as assigned
- 5+ years HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- NATE certification a plus
- OSHA 10+ preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays
Pay: $30–$40 per hour
