Your Impact: Are you an experienced Tower Foreman with construction and project management skills seeking a full-time role supporting AT&T and T-Mobile technology and structural projects (new builds, site mods, rooftop installations)? Do you thrive in a crew environment and deliver high-quality projects on time within budget while adhering to strict safety guidelines? The Tower Foreman will lead an experienced tower technician crew, train new technicians, and maintain a safe, productive job site.
This position will cover the state of New Mexico, with region travel as needed.
- Operate as a Tower Foreman in the installation, maintenance, and de-installation of all aspects of wireless cell site foundations, including grounding conduits, electrical installations, site de-installation of antennas, coax, and BTS cabinets (base transceiver station)
- Perform lead responsibilities and effectively interface with all levels of management, staff, and customer requirements
- Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance (including out-of-season equipment), repairing, and occasionally installing various cell tower types
- Complete assigned tasks within project scope accurately and efficiently
- Maintain proper installation, troubleshooting, and repair techniques
- Analyze/interpret site data and calculate figures
- Isolate basic hardware, software, and air interface malfunctions utilizing test equipment (Sweeps, PIM, Fiber, Microwave, etc.) on multiple products and technologies
- Work with a crew and respond to service calls promptly
- Previous Tower Tech III or Tower Foreman experience is highly preferred
- Proven construction (civil and RF) skills, understanding scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, and deliverable management
- Climbing Safety & Rescue Certification (assistance may be provided for renewals)
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings (CDs) and Plumbing diagrams (RFDS)
- Knowledge of relevant electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
- Working knowledge of cell site service monitors, RF test equipment, Fiber, and PIM equipment
- High level of organization and scheduling abilities
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities

- Climbing structures and operating lifts for prolonged periods
- Must be able to work at heights 90 to 500+ feet; maintain efficient weatherproofing, grounding, and rigging techniques
- Lifting heavy objects and reaching overhead
- Ability to travel in the market area for multiple days with Per Diem, depending on the project. This position will cover the state of New Mexico, with region travel as needed.
We are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. Base Pay Range: $28 USD - $32 USD. Eligible employees may receive bonuses, stipends, company vehicle, per diem, or other applicable compensation. A company vehicle, phone, laptop or tablet, and safety equipment are provided as required for the role.
