• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with payer and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) clients
• Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan that aligns with the employer’s platform capabilities
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives in Operations, IT, and Pharmacy Services
• Position the employer's suite of offerings to address operational challenges within client organizations
• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and accurately forecast to exceed growth targets

• 10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology or SaaS solutions to payers or PBMs
• Proven track record of acquiring new logos and consistently achieving $5M+ annual sales targets
• Established relationships and a credible book of business in healthcare administration or analytics
• Deep understanding of payer operations, PBM workflows, and value-based care drivers
• Exceptional negotiation and executive communication skills

• Strong storytelling ability to effectively communicate value propositions to stakeholders
