• Follow up on pre-qualified warm leads and close HVAC system sales
• Educate homeowners on system options, energy efficiency, and five‑star service
• Present professional proposals in‑home or digitally
• Deliver a no‑pressure, trust‑based sales experience
• Maintain accurate estimates and job details in the company CRM
• Stay sharp through ongoing product and sales training
• Represent Bumble Bee with professionalism and confidence in the community

• Proven in‑home sales experience preferred
• Track record of closing deals and hitting goals
• Comfortable using CRM tools, apps, and digital proposals
• Strong communication, presentation, and follow‑up skills
• Self‑motivated with a positive, professional attitude
• HVAC knowledge or local permitting experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay Structure: 10% Commission
