Overview Of

The Role
  • The Retail Sales Representative will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided.
  • The position covers Glendale, AZ West/SW Metro, AZ Goodyear, AZ Tolleson, AZ.
  • Location:

    Glendale, AZ within a 40‑60 mile radius.
  • This position is full time, 37‑40 hours per week.
  • Compensation: $18‑$20 hourly, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
  • You will be responsible for selling, merchandising, and gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts.
  • Ensure our clients’ products are well stocked and order if a product is not in stock or is low.
  • Use mobile apps consistently for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.
  • Switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day.
  • Work independently, follow directions, and have excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Do At C.A. Fortune
  • Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.
  • Perform retail tasks, including ordering products and stocking shelves from new orders.
  • Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
  • Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
  • Verify that our clients’ products are accurately represented on store shelves.
  • Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code and attendance guidelines.
  • Stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day.
  • Carry up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Work comfortably in a fast‑paced, retail environment with minimal supervision.
  • Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team.
  • Attend client kickoff video calls and team check‑ins as required.
What You Should Bring To The Table
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid Driver License.
  • Proof of automobile insurance.
  • Reliable phone (within 5 years old) and internet service for daily communication.
  • Ability to drive to stores in the assigned territory to complete retail tasks & audits at local grocery retailers.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently.
  • Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus (but not required).
