This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Glendale, AZ. The Assistant Manager will support the store management team in daily operations, such as supervising staff, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, executing merchandising strategies, and managing inventory processes. The role also involves fostering a positive team environment while driving sales performance and delivering exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities include mentoring team members, identifying areas for growth, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate teammates effectively
• Customer service and relationship-building skills, ensuring an enjoyable guest experience
• Experience with merchandising, inventory management, and executing sales strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous retail, management, or supervisory experience is preferred
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Interest or knowledge in fashion and trends is a plus
