Part Time Floor Leader - Arrowhead Town Centre

Weekly: 20-29 hours

As a Floor Leader, you’ll support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. This includes driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results and leading training sessions. Your day‑to‑day will be spent on the shop floor, where you’ll inspire a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass their goals.

• Driving Sales: Utilize the Store Force dashboard to provide coaching and adjust shop floor structure to exceed sales goals.

  Lead by example in delivering world‑class customer service, including product demonstrations and consultations.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush brand values and core principles.
• Product Passion: Continuously deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.

• Development: Train and coach associates on sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Cash Handling and Store Opening/Closing: Manage transactions, reconcile drawers, deposits, and store security.
• Time and Attendance: Lead by example in punctuality, monitor breaks, and ensure staff are prepared.
• Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
• Stock and Inventory: Train team on inventory best practices and support management.
• Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with company standards and health & safety.

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience including coaching and training.
• Problem‑solving in customer service operations.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

• Consultation‑based customer service experience.
• Experience analyzing sales metrics.
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics.
• Cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB training.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.

Arrowhead Pay

$17.60 - $17.60 USD
