As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in our success by delivering excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and merchandising products, and ensuring the store looks appealing—all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and cover designated zones.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.
• Work with management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience preferred; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
