Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) – T2341

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $16.75 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the guest service experience and supporting the store's service standards.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and communicate current promos, store activities, and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Assist with loyalty program benefits and enrollment as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain and demonstrate features and offerings within the Target App and related services (Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering).
• Assist with returns following store policies and procedures, consulting leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; restock supplies during store hours.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up duties and maintain compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards or correct them where possible.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to use handheld scanners and other technology; capable of working independently or in a team.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks within timeframe.

• Accurately handle checkout operations and transactions; support cash office operations as needed.
• Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required.
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of the shift.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions as part of certain duties (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
