Responsibilities

Operate and monitor specialized procedures with accuracy and safety.

Document all procedures and results in compliant, traceable records.

Adhere to safety protocols and participate in regular safety trainings.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards applicable to procedures.

Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure consistent performance.

Analyze process data to identify improvements and optimize throughput.

Manage task pipelines and track progress against targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.

Identify, elevate, and resolve process bottlenecks promptly.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice sharing.

Prepare and present concise status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Support onboarding and training for new team members in procedures.

Experience/Qualifications
