• Bright Star Care is a 20‑year‐old home care company with offices across the United States. Our Registered Nurses work one‑on‑one in clients’ homes, caring for a wide variety of individuals of any age—though we typically see elderly patients. Clients select their schedules, so our shifts range from 1 to 12 hours per client, with options in the morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight time frames.

• Provide 1:1 care in the patient’s home.
• Implement treatment and plan of care.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the care plan and nursing processes.
• Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures within the scope of practice defined by the Arizona Nurse Practice Act and adhere to company policy, procedures, and protocols.

• An unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• BLS CPR card; up‑to‑date TB skin test or Chest X‑ray.
