Candidate note:
Candidates with an AZ home address on their driver's license will not be considered
- Provider must have 24 months minimum of current Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit/CVICU experience - [REQUIRED]
- Certifications must be American Heart Association or client - [REQUIRED]
- Nursys cannot show any hits on license at time of submission - [REQUIRED]
- Flu vaccination - declinations can be applied for
- Travel experience - [PREFERRED]
- ACLS
- BLS
