• Status:
  Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM.
• Compensation:
  Full‑Time RNs can earn $85k+ annually.
• Work Area:
  West Valley (Glendale / Goodyear).

• Conduct comprehensive physical, social, and psychological assessments.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary groups to create individualized care plans.
• Manage care delivery and maintain meticulous patient records.
• Act as resource for families, make proactive referrals, and foster holistic care experience.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
• Previous Home Health or Hospice experience (preferred).
• Effective verbal, written, and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance.
• Ability to perform patient transfers with full range of movement.
• Current CPR certification and negative TB test (we can assist).
• Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can help obtain).
