Innovative water recycling processes, zero waste to landfill, and fully recyclable product packaging made from food‑safe materials are just some of the programs we’ve implemented to support Nestlé’s ambition for zero environmental impact by 2030.
Come join our new Beverage startup factory where we will produce Coffee mate, Starbucks, and Natural Bliss coffee enhancer products.
This position will require working on a 2/2/3, 12‑hour night shift schedule. The night shift schedule is from 6:00 pm – 6:30 am.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU- Hourly pay rate of $42.00 or higher, based on experience

- This position will start on a Monday–Friday day shift schedule and eventually transition to a continuous operations schedule (24‑hour/7‑day). Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet critical deadlines.
- Execute real‑time troubleshooting and problem solving with maintenance/Operations team and follow‑up on issues to ensure that they are completed and that the issues are addressed.
- Participate in Preventative maintenance completion as needed.
- Support maintenance troubleshooting and line maintenance as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all electrical and automation platforms, equipment and unplanned machine stops.
- Analyze performance data to improve electrical and automation equipment unplanned stops.
- Participate in Pillar Activities, AWG, MWG, IWG, and maintaining KPI’s.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree/technical certificate in related field and/or 3–5 years of equivalent experience.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with automation systems for building, facility, packaging, utility, and process controls preferred.
- Experience with PLC Pro Software – Studio 5000 and/or Siemens Software – TIA Portal, machine motion control programming like servos and VFD’s is preferred.
- Experience with HMI systems, preferably Allen‑Bradley Factory Talk View.
- Troubleshoot PLC’s, their control panels and associated hardware.
- Troubleshoot HMI systems.
- Assist with commissioning of PLC and HMI programs.
- Troubleshoot and program variable frequency drive motors, servo motors.
- Interpret electrical schematics and complex safety circuit networks.
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits from motor starter to load, including three phase 480 VAC, 120 VAC, and 24 VDC control and power systems.
- Basic troubleshooting of messaging from production floor equipment to‑and‑from the networked systems (Historian).
