Position SummarySeeking a multi‑trades Utilities Technician to conduct utilities maintenance. Responsible for maintaining and repairing building facilities and utilities equipment.
What’s In It For You- An hourly pay rate of $40.35-$42.35

- Will start on a Monday‑Friday day shift schedule and eventually transition to a night shift, 2/2/3 schedule (6:00pm‑6:30am)
- $2,500 sign‑on bonus
- Relocation assistance if applicable
- Plan & complete all preventive and corrective maintenance of all facility and office equipment, including boiler water treatment, boiler steam and condensate systems, and ammonia refrigeration system (chillers, rooftop units, cooling towers, air handling units, etc.)
- Maintain reverse osmosis (RO) system and components
- Monitor and control all wastewater recycling center equipment
- Provide improvement project support as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 5 years of experience with mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, boiler, and knowledge of chilled water glycol systems
- Refrigeration certification preferred
- Technical associate degree or certificate preferred
- CARO certification required within 6‑12 months of employment
- Ammonia areas: no contact lenses allowed
- Ability to manage work orders and review maintenance plans to drive equipment reliability
- Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills to maintain, optimize and improve production equipment, with key plant indicators such as safety, quality, cost
- Use of mechanical systems – hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical drive systems
