Sun Creek Apartments (175 units) is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Manager to lead our team and elevate the resident experience. This is a stabilized, well-maintained community located at 59th Ave & Greenway, across from Banner Thunderbird Hospital.

• Oversee daily operations, leasing, renewals & resident relations
• Lead and support onsite team members
• Manage budgets, AP/AR, reporting & NOI goals
• Maintain vendor partnerships & ensure compliance with Fair Housing

• Must have multifamily experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Manager ready for promotion
• Strong leadership, communication & customer service skills
• Organized, proactive, and solutions-driven
• Yardi experience is a plus

• $60,000-$68,000 base salary (DOE)
