Property Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead and inspire a team of leasing and service professionals at Mission Rock Residential, LLC
. In this role you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining property quality, and ensuring a positive resident experience.

• Lead a dynamic team while embodying Mission Rock’s culture of integrity, accountability, respect, and collaboration.
• Develop and manage the property budget to meet or exceed owner expectations and maintain optimal financial performance.
• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring physical assets, operational performance, and resident satisfaction remain at the highest level.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager and team to align apartment turns and maintenance with Mission Rock standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and overall cleanliness, assessing the property from a customer and owner perspective.
• Develop and manage relationships and resident events that reflect the highest quality of service.
• Select and manage vendor partnerships for landscaping, cleaning, pest control, and other services.
• Communicate effectively with residents, clients, team members, and vendors through consistent, professional interactions.
• Coach and develop team members—including Assistant Property Managers, Leasing Consultants, and Service Staff—to achieve performance goals.
• Own the leasing process quality, ensuring timely file execution and compliance with industry and legislative requirements.

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving financial results.
• Deep understanding of the multi‑housing market and related legislative changes.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• 2–4 years of team management and 4–5 years of customer‑service or sales experience.
• Adherence to Fair Housing best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi Voyager.
• Detail‑oriented, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Property management experience required.

Salary: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 annually (subject to experience and market conditions). In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
